Join the QMTA for an engaging Q&A discussion session, featuring three expert panelists from diverse areas within the field of music teaching. This dynamic session will primarily focus on the challenges and insights of music education but will also delve into broader topics that inspire teachers to think, share, and grow.

Designed to foster interaction, the session provides music teachers with a unique opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts. Topics may include:

  • Teaching Strategies: Practical pedagogy tips and innovative methods.
  • Educational Contexts: Teaching in schools and managing private studios, including hiring staff.
  • Music Education Fundamentals: General music education and integrating performance skills.
  • Professional Development: Personal growth, professional skills, and cultural exchange.
  • Specialised Topics: Adjudication, examinations, and research in music learning.
  • Health and Well-being: Injury prevention and managing physical demands.
  • Community Engagement: Parental involvement and fostering collaboration.

The Q&A will be broadcast live via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for both in-person attendees and those joining remotely.
Our goal is to create a constructive and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are shared, and respectful discussion thrives. Whether you’re a seasoned educator or just starting out, this is your chance to gain valuable insights and connect with others in the music teaching community.
