Grab your instrument (or voice) and participate in hands-on workshops with some of Australia’s leading musicians. Carefully designed around the ATAR Music Syllabus, learn about practice strategies, aural, theory, performance etiquette, composition and so much more.
Through Masterclasses and Performance Workshops you'll:
- Get helpful feedback from our expert panel, including tips on effective practice strategies, exam etiquette and taming those exam nerves.
- Explore the fundamental concepts and skills necessary for writing a successful ATAR Composition.
- Increase your confidence with the written paper as we unpack key concepts, plus get top tips on how to master fundamental aural & rhythm skills in fun and engaging practical sessions.
Whether you've been to one of UWA Music's bootcamps before or not, you're in for an awesome experience!
Together with music students from all across WA, you'll be learning new skills from UWA's expert staff, and you’ll also get to meet some of the amazing current UWA music students.
Attendance is just $20 and includes a BBQ lunch and take-home resources!
