Originally started by Anne Trigg in 2003 when she was the Administrator for ASME WA, the Music Network News aims to connect music teachers with each other and with all aspects of the music education business. After 20 years of editing this newsletter, long after her retirement, WAMTA has taken over the newsletter from 2024, to continue keeping music teachers updated with all things music in Western Australia.
